Are there home online data entry jobs that are legitimate?

Are home data entry jobs legitimate? (or at least some)? If so, which ones are legitimate? Do you always have to pay money to get information and to get into the business? Please help.

I had one of those jobs for seven years until they decided to send their work to Mexico to save money. I didn't have to pay anything. I think if someone asks you for money they are probably not legit.

Work at home jobs are hard to find. Technical, phone work or writing jobs are the most common legit ones. You may want to check out some job leads at http://wahjobs.blogspot.com Plus there is a listing of companies that regularly hire telecommuters
Reply:Very few are legitimate. Never pay a company money for information or to "get into business". This is a sure sign that it is a scam.

Reply:If u pay for info to get a job then it is a farce. If you have a tie in with a company maybe try Moster and Manpower about work at home jobs. There r some jobs done @ home for big corporations thus cutting manpower and office space. U will have to look for them. via sites I have mentioned
