Are we really able to earn from the offline data entry work or are these sites fake?

There are medical transcription, data entry works site which assure that we may earn a lot in one day,is it true? How to save ourselves from quacks?

Particularly in data entry, it's probably a scam. There are real data entry jobs out there, but they're scarce and you will not earn big money from them.

What most of these "opportunities" are promoting really is affiliate marketing. While this itself is legitimate, their description and promises of high income are what change it into a scam. Some people will make big money as affiliates. Many more will not. I don't trust anyone who calls pay per click affiliate marketing data entry. It isn't, and why would you trust anyone who starts off deceptive to give you a good business model?

Medical transcription has scams too, but it can be legitimate. That said, you have to get training through a quality program to get into it. I did medical transcription for 3 years. You won't earn the big bucks right away, but as you build your transcription speed you can do pretty decently. Just pick your school carefully, as the wrong one will be a waste of money and you won't find a job after graduation.
